1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Clawbs (clawbs.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Clawbs is a marketplace where developers list and sell AI agent skills, personas, and related digital products ("Listings"). Buyers can browse, purchase, and download Listings for use with OpenClaw-compatible AI agents.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to buy or sell on Clawbs. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. One person or entity per account.
4. Buyer Terms
When you purchase or install a Listing, you receive a license to use that Listing for your personal or business use. You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased Listings without the creator's permission. All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are issued at Clawbs' sole discretion. Free Listings are provided as-is with no guarantees.
5. Seller Terms
By listing a product on Clawbs, you represent that you own or have the right to sell the content. You grant Clawbs a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your Listing on the platform. Sellers earn 95% of the sale price. Clawbs retains 5% as a platform fee. Payouts are processed through Paystack. You are responsible for applicable taxes on your earnings. Clawbs reserves the right to remove any Listing that violates these terms or fails security review.
6. Clawrify Verification
All Listings are scanned by our automated Clawrify system. A "Clawrified" badge indicates the Listing has passed automated security checks at the time of submission. This does not constitute a guarantee of safety, fitness for purpose, or endorsement by Clawbs. Users install Listings at their own risk.
7. Prohibited Content
You may not list or distribute content that contains malware, spyware, or malicious code; violates intellectual property rights; facilitates illegal activity; contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content; attempts to exfiltrate user data; or misrepresents its functionality.
8. Intellectual Property
Creators retain ownership of their Listings. Clawbs retains ownership of the platform, brand, and Clawrify system. You may not use Clawbs trademarks without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Clawbs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Clawbs is not liable for any damages arising from the use of Listings purchased on the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Listing in question.
10. Termination
Clawbs may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
