We also collect usage data including pages visited, search queries, and interactions with listings. Payment information is processed by Paystack and is not stored on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the marketplace, process transactions, send notifications about your account and purchases, improve the platform, and communicate updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Information Sharing
We share information with Paystack to process payments, with Supabase for data storage and authentication, and with Anthropic for Clawrify security scanning (only the content of submitted listings, not personal data). We may share information if required by law.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication through Supabase Auth, and row-level security on our database. However, no system is 100% secure.
5. Your Rights
You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time through your dashboard settings. You can request a copy of your data or request deletion by contacting us at support@clawbs.com.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Third-Party Services
Our platform uses Supabase (database and auth), Paystack (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic (Clawrify scanning). Each service has its own privacy policy.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
